Abstract

This Regulation prescribes in detail the projects for which environmental impact assessment (EIA) is mandatory; projects subject to evaluation of the need for the EIA; method of implementing the EIA; method of involvement of the authorised person; method for the evaluation of the EIA; method of information and participation of the public and other issues related to the EIA.
