The Ministry of Public Health, Industry and Commerce are in charge of implementation of this Regulation. The National Board for Enriched Foods is the highest authority to decide in this respect. This Regulation provides composition and scope of authorities of the Board. The Regulation further provides requirements for grant of license for operation in the field of food production and establishment of food factories. The Regulation lays out articles on food storage and distribution and describes the penalties in case of default on its compliance. This Regulation consists of 28 Articles.
