This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all standards and necessary conditions for the implementation of energy audit of buildings in order to establish ways for managing wit energy demand, energy costs and determination of cost-effective opportunities to reduce the final energy consumption of buildings and estimate the possible realization of energy savings after the implementation of energy efficiency measures, and specifically provides: the process of conducting of the audit; the content of the report on the implementation of the energy audit; the procedure for the inspection of the heating system in buildings; the content of the report on the implementation of the control check of the heating systems; the procedure for the inspection of the air conditioning in buildings; the content of the report on the implementation of the control check of the air conditioning; the annual limit value of final energy consumption that will be used to determine the specific category of the energy consumer; and other conditions for the implementation of energy audit.
