Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down precise content of documentation for the evaluation of active substances, methods and guidelines for carrying out the prescribed tests and analysis. Detailed content of required documentation with all the data for evaluation of active substances, samples, methods and guidelines for carrying out the prescribed tests and analysis are specified in the Annex. This Regulation is composed of seven articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Required documentation (Sec. 2); Tests and analysis (Sec. 3); Final provisions (Sec. 4).
