Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of six articles, establishes methods and conditions for determining data on purity, germination, weight and number of germinable or viable seeds in forest seed units. Test results may be used as data for the seed supplier's documents to a maximum of one year after completion of testing. Persons testing the seeds are required to keep records showing the sampling method used for testing.
