Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of ten paragraphs, lays down detailed way of dealing with medical wastes consisting in: (1) classifying medical wastes for the purpose of specifying appropriate way of dealing with individual types of medical wastes; (2) collection of medical wastes in the place of their production; (3) storage of medical wastes in medical centres and in entities conducting examination and scientific experiments, and before their transportation to the place of neutralization; (4) specification of conditions of transport of medical wastes within the given medical centre.
