Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and four Annexes, establishes detailed veterinary requirements for: (a) activities concerning the production, acquisition, conservation, processing, storage, placing on the market of semen of swines; (b) import of semen of swines; (c) trade in semen of swine. The present Regulation also establishes detailed requirements for health certificates of semen of swine and the way of their issuing.
