The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of nine paragraphs. Livestock on markets can be placed in marked and fenced area. Such placed: (1) should have separated area for individual animal species protecting from adverse weather conditions, for storage of biocide products, for veterinarian, for carcasses, and should have equipment for safe testing of livestock; (2) should have equipment or devices for loading and landing or livestock. Markets of livestock have to be distant at least 50m from other places of these animals, slaughterhouses, agricultural buildings, farms carrying out activities concerning collection, transportation, storage, processing or using by-products of animal origin.
