Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight paragraphs and one Annex, lays down detailed rules of keeping documentation concerning: (a) production of seed material; (b) technological processes including cleaning, drying, sorting, packing of seed material; (c) way of dealing with seed material not classified as elitist, qualified or standard; (d) production of a batch of seed material from seed material, excluding potatoes produced by different producers or in different years; (e) production of seed material mixtures; (f) trade in seed material. The Regulation establishes also the scope and deadlines of submitting written information concerning trade in seed material, including material imported from third countries.
