Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed requirements for the operation of an underground storage of carbon dioxide (art. 2 and 3); (2) detailed criteria and method of accepting the composition of the carbon dioxide stream injected into the underground storage of carbon dioxide (art. 4 and 5); (3) the manner, frequency and detailed conditions for monitoring the underground storage of carbon dioxide (art. 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10).
