Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes detailed requirements for development projects of deposits. Such projects should specify: (1) optimal variant of the rational use of resources of the deposit, in particular through a comprehensive and rational use of the main mineral and associated minerals, including: geological conditions of occurrence of the deposit, technical possibilities and economic determinants of mineral exploitation, and the expected way of decommissioning mines, conservation of resources left after the exploitation and reclamation of land after mining activities; (2) actions necessary to protect the environment, including technology that reduces the adverse impact on the environment.
