The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes detailed requirements concerning the commercial quality of: (a) potatoes collected before ripening, called early potatoes; and (b) potatoes fully ripened, called edible potatoes. The requirements are specified in the Annex.
