This Regulation entered into force on 24 January 2007.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, establishes maximum allowed emissions of volatile organic compounds applicable to some paints, spray and car renovation preparations, to prevent or reduce the air pollution. The Annex specifies maximum allowed values grouped by different categories of preparations, and deadlines for these values.
