Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 12 articles, establishes the way of marking and method of the use of different fishing gears with a view to ensure sustainable use of fish and prevent injuries caused by fishing gears. Art. 2 specifies types of fishing gears divided into passive and active fishing gears. The way of marking active fishing gears is described in art. 3, and passive fishing gears in art. 4. Art. 5 provides details on marking vessels fishing in the remote area of 1.5 nautical miles.
