Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 12 paragraphs, establishes detailed conditions of subsiding investments relating to environmental protection, assuring clean and energy-efficient production, and saving raw materials. The following types investments can be supported: (1) changes of technology to eliminate or limit harmful effects to the environment; (2) changes of technology to limit demand on energy, water and raw materials, wit particular attention to reuse of different types of energy and limitation of wastes; (3) application of technology to save energy used in building objects; (4) application of devices used to eliminate or limit harmful effects to the environment.
