Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles, establishes: detailed conditions of recognition the operation specified in art. 1 point 5b of the EC Regulation No. 853/2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs, as marginal, local or restricted; veterinary requirements which should be fulfilled by fresh meat and other products of animal origin intended for processing within marginal, local or restricted operation.
