This Regulation enters into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down detailed conditions to be met when requesting the recognition of and when recognising a protected zone or quarantine, established in order to respect various hygienic and phytosanitary procedures and inspection controls aimed to offer necessary protection against the spread or introduction of harmful diseases or organisms.
