Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the terms of the Serbian Law on agricultural advisory and professional activities (Official Gazette 30/2010), determines detailed conditions and necessary procedures as regards the rights to obtain, request procedure and grant or issuance of official permits or licenses for the performance of agricultural advisory related works and tasks. This kind of license may be issued to a natural person who has: 1) acquired higher education at the second degree studies (graduate academic studies - master, specialist academic studies, specialist vocational studies), ie at the basic studies lasting at least four years; 2) at least one year of experience in the field of agriculture; 3) certificate of completed education/training in the field of advisory work in agriculture.
