Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, prescribes specific conditions for dealing with dangerous waste and determines the manner of packaging and labelling of hazardous waste. When handling or dealing with hazardous waste, all necessary measures should be taken in order to prevent or when it is not possible to limit the impacts on environment, air pollution, groundwater and surface water, soil, risks to human health arising from handling of such dangerous waste. When there are technical possibilities, the creator, or the owner of hazardous waste collection should take measures to reduce the degree of hazardous waste, by reducing the volume of waste and preparing it for safe transport.
