This Regulation entered into force on 21 March 2018.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of ten paragraphs, lays down detailed conditions for granting by National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management public support to environmental protection purposes resulting from the closure of coal production units. This support may be granted to a mining enterprise which core business is liquidation of a mining plant, post-liquidation activities in mining areas or protection of mines against water, gas and fire risks after completion of mine closure. Subsidies may be given for the following environmental protection objectives: rehabilitation of degraded areas; mine water management; protection of land from effects of underground exploitation.
