Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down detailed conditions for considering hazardous waste as non-hazardous waste and the method of determining the fulfillment of these conditions. Detailed conditions for the recognition of hazardous waste as non-hazardous waste are set out in Annex III to the Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste and repealing certain Directives. If the hazardous property of the waste has been assessed on the basis of a test, results of the test are of decisive importance for the recognition of hazardous waste as non-hazardous waste. The Annex contains threshold values of individual parameters for which hazardous waste is recognized as non-hazardous waste.
