Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of three articles, lays down conditions for classifying packaging waste as recycled material pursuant to European Union regulations. Packaging waste resulting from multi-material packaging or other packaging consisting of more than one material is included in the weight of packaging waste recycled for the weight of each material contained in these packaging. The condition for including packaging waste from multi-material packaging or other packaging consisting of more than one material to the weight of recycled packaging waste according to the dominant material in a given waste is that the weight of each of the other materials contained in this packaging does not exceed 5% of the total weight of this package.
