This Regulation entered into force on 11 December 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 11, lays down detailed conditions and procedures for the preparation of the forest management plan, a simplified forest management plan and inventory of the forest. In particular, when preparing the forest management plan, a simplified management plan and inventory of the forest the following subjects have to be taken into account: (1) requirements for farming, conservation, facilities, fire protection and use of forest; (2) requirements for the protection of nature and landscape and biodiversity conservation; (3) needs of national defense and security; (4) principles of forest management in protection forests; (5) local plan of forest management; (6) rational design and protection of water resources.
