Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of three paragraphs. The seed material being on the market or prepared for marketing is the subject to the periodical laboratory examination after 12 months, and in case of the seed material packed hermetically – after 24 months. The above period starts counting from the date of securing packaging or the date of taking samples for examination printed on the label.
