Abstract This Regulation prescribes the conditions and method of determining representative markets for the purpose of collecting data on prices and quantities of certain agricultural and food products and certain agricultural inputs, conditions that must be met by natural and legal persons who are obliged to submit data to the Ministry, type, scope, method of data delivery, deadlines and frequency of data delivery, administrative and control in the field and the method of reporting prices of agricultural products for national needs and for needs of the European Commission.
