Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the general principles for cross-border transport of dangerous and non-dangerous wastes, among issues regarding the possible border-crossing points and related list of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes that can be object of such cross-border traffic or movement. Cross-border transport of waste includes import, export and transportation of waste on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Annex is also part of this publication (set of relevant technical sheets and waste lists).
