Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the general principles for cross-border transport of dangerous and non-dangerous wastes, among issues regarding the possible border-crossing points and related list of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes that can be object of such cross-border traffic or movement. Cross-border transport of waste includes import, export and transportation of waste on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
