Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will fully apply from 1 March 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation defines necessary criteria and method for the mandatory classification of chemicals and certain products in the class of hazardous or dangerous, as well as the manner of packaging and labelling of chemicals and certain products and the properties of substances that can be used as an alternative chemical name and contents of the request for the approval for use of alternative chemical name.
