Abstract This Regulation of the Mnister of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down criteria on the basis of which the regional sea fisheries inspector makes the assessment of the importance of the identified violation of the rules of the common fisheries policy in order to determine whether the violation is serious. The violation of rules is recognized as serious if any of the criteria specified in the Annex are met.
