Abstract The Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour is composed of 11 paragraphs and five Annexes. The procedure permitting wastes storage on a yard of a given wastes type includes: drawing up of basic characteristic of wastes; passing the wastes characteristic; periodical control of wastes, called conformity test; periodical providing of conformity tests; verification of wastes in a storage place; pointing wastes for which basic characteristic is not drawn up. Criteria permitting wastes storage depend on the type of a waste which can be hazardous, neutral, other than hazardous or neutral.
