This Regulation enters into force on 6 June 1998.
Abstract

The purpose of this Regulation is, in particular, to protect certain species of cray fish, i.e. Cray fish (Astacus Astacus), Stream fish (Austropotamobius Torrentium) and Rocky fish (Austropotamobius Pallipes). The taking of the above cited species is permitted only for scientific purposes for which, special licences shall be issued by the State Environmental Direction.
