This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the manner of preparation and implementation of the coordinated multiannual control program to ensure the compliance with maximum residue levels (MRLs) and to estimates the consumer exposure with pesticide residues in food of plant and animal origin and ensuring a high level of consumer protection in accordance with the general principles of human protection.
