The Regulation enters into force seven days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development defines the scope and conditions of cooperation between the State administration, local governments and other institutions at the time of drawing up emergency plans to fight against animal infectious diseases. It also concerns executing tasks resulting from these plans. The Regulation lays down details on participation in intervention groups of representantives from the State administration, local governments and other institutions.
