Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of ten paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed scope of control producers’ organizations, associations of producers’ organizations and inter-branch organizations functioning on fish market; (2) the form of authorization for the control (specified in the Annex). The control can be planned or emergency. The planned control is organized to check conditions of the authorization. The emergency control is organized in case of information on irregularities. The control takes place in the location of organization or on a fishery vessel of the member of organization.
