Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Croatian Law on genetically modified organisms, prescribes the detailed content and manner of submitting the application for obtaining related permits or authorizations for the deliberate release of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) into the environment, including rules for obtaining permits for the deliberate release of GMOs into the environment with abbreviated procedure.
