Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the fifteenth day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
Abstract

This Regulation defines all necessary contents and designates the scope of the logbook on the deliberate release of genetically modified organisms into the environment. The above mentioned logbook is a collection of documents, raw data and results that result from the deliberate release of a GMO into the environment, aimed at providing the necessary general biosafety approach when releasing genetically modified organisms into the environment.
