Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down conditions, relating to premises, equipment and personnel, that must be met by legal and natural persons engaged in the marketing of plant protection products. In particular, such persons must be entered in the register of companies and individuals to trade in pesticides. They also must have the contract with authorized collector and disposer of hazardous waste, and must be registered in the record of waste collectors or licensed disposers. Buildings must be constructed of solid, chemically and physically resistant materials that do not absorb plant protection products, the inner surface of the premises must allow safe operation and quick and easy cleaning. This Regulation is composed of seven articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Facilities and equipment (Sec. 2); Human resources (Sec. 3); Accountability and reporting (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
