This Regulation entered into force on 9 March 2004.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes: (1) content and process of the certification of forest management plan and its amendments; (2) conditions which must be met by a tree used for the design of forest seed objects in the category of qualified; (3) details on comparative and genetic tests determining characteristics of forest seed objects in the category of tested. This Regulation is composed of 33 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Approval of the category qualified (Sec. 2); Approval of the category tested (Sec. 3).
