The Regulation entered into force on 16 March 2005.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, implements Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy. Plants, plant products or objects can be transported through a protected zone if they meet the following requirements: packages and transportation means must be clean and free from harmful organisms; immediately after packaging they must be secured to prevent the spread of harmful organisms in the relevant protected zone; plants, plant products or objects must be accompanied with trade document.
