Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, implements Directive 93/51/EC concerning provisions of transporting plants, plant products or objects through a protected zone. Plants, plant products or objects can be transported through a protected zone if they meet the following requirements: packages and transportation means must be clean and free from harmful organisms; immediately after packaging, they must be secured so as to prevent the spread of harmful organisms in the relevant protected zone; consignments must be accompanied by trade documentation .
