Abstract

This Regulation provides all necessary rules, requirements and standards (including administrative and certain technical-equipment issues also important for the safety, security and sustainable use of sea ports) used as official conditions to be met by ports (on the territory of Montenegro) classified according to the exact type of maritime transport and their purpose.
