Abstract This Regulation prescribes closer conditions regarding the quality of semen, ova and embryos for artificial insemination of cattle. For artificial insemination of cattle, only semen of quality breeding bull stocks can be used, and only if properly registered and properly collected and kept in authorized collection centers. The origin of quality breeding bulls and their semen is determined by analysis of related blood type or other appropriate procedure.
