This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary working conditions and measures aimed to control the emissions into air, soil, surface and groundwater (in order to protect the environment and human health) deriving from the incineration and co-incineration plants (plants with annual quantity of at least 50 tons of waste) present on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
