This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines: conditions and concrete methods for determining the sanitary protection zones (water quantity and quality) used for public supply of the population, or for human consumption; direct protective measures to be implemented in the sanitary protection zones; procedures for the selection of source protection objectives on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
