Abstract The Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure establishes conditions for collecting, storing and removing wastes and sewage from inland shipping vessels and methods of pollution prevention during transportation of cargo. Types of waste from vessels are defined as pollution created during exploitation of vessels and wastes of cargo. Sewage produced on vessels should be stored in special containers which cannot be overflowed.
