Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down organizational, personnel and technical requirements for organizations authorized in sheep and goat breeding and for other organizations recognized in sheep and goat breeding, duties of these organizations, and the processes of their authorization and recognition. The conditions on authorized organizations are specified for test station (art. 3-6), semen collection center (art. 7-11), and breeding station (art. 12-18). This Regulation is composed of 28 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Authorized organizations in sheep and goat breeding (Sec. 2); Other recognized organizations in sheep and goat breeding (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4).
