Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down organizational, personnel and technical requirements for organizations authorized for horse breeding and for recognition of other organizations involved in horse breeding, duties of these organizations, and the processes of their authorization and recognition. The conditions on authorized organizations are specified for test station (art. 4-7), semen collection center (art. 8-12), breeding station (art. 13-19), and organizations collecting information on competitions of equine animals (art.20-24). This Regulation is composed of 32 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Organizations authorized for horse breeding (Sec. 2); Other organizations recognized in horse breeding (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4).
