Abstract This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and method of granting support within the Priority of the European Union "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries", measure I.22. "Added value, product quality and use of unwanted catches" within the implementation of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020. The subject of this kind of aid are investments aimed at improving the added value and/or quality of fish catches. The beneficiary of the support is the owner and/or holder of the fishing authorization (holder of the privilege may be the beneficiary only with the consent of the owner of the fishing vessel for which the privilege was issued). This text is also in accordance with several related European Parliament Council legislative acts (as listed in the text).
