This Regulation entered into force on 5 June 2004.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 17 articles and one Annex, lays down provisions concerning concession for certain parts of surface water for breeding salmonid fish. Such concession can be granted to legal or physical persons who have applied for it. Conditions of acquisition and implementation of concessions are specified in Sec. 2. Sec. 3 establishes concession fee. Monitoring of the implementation of this Regulation shall be conducted by inspectors responsible for water.
