Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on nature protection, determines the forms of economic use of natural resources and/or the performance of other permitted activities in a protected area and speleological facility, for which a concession approval may be granted. This text further sets the manner for issuance of related concession approvals, and indicates the method for determining monetary compensations for such concession approval. Public bidding shall begin with the public announcement of the invitation to tender (article 3). The work of the Commission is regulated in articles 5-9.
