Abstract This Regulation prescribes quality requirements to be met with production and placing on the market of milk and milk powder, which are related to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements that must be met; b) composition; c) type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used in production and processing; d) additional or specific labelling requirements; e) technological processes that can be used in production.
