Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes quality requirements to be met with production and placing on the market of milk and milk powder, which are related to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements that must be met; b) composition; c) type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used in production and processing; d) additional or specific labelling requirements; e) technological processes that can be used in production.
